I was looking for a similar product to NEON LIGHTS that I’m guessing you no longer carry? So this seemed the closest to the awesome NEON LIGHTS , well it is not. For me it made my hair feel like there was heavy powder in it, couldn’t run my hands thru it. So i jumped online found my NEON LIGHTS elsewhere ! I truly do not like having to write bad reviews but this little $40 with shipping bottle did absolutely nothing good for my hair 😔
