I didn't want to love this shampoo/conditioner because the price is extremely high, but I got a sample of it in a big gift with purchase thing and I loved it so much that I searched the internet to find a store that had it in stock. This shampoo gets my hair nice and clean without stripping it, and the accompanying conditioner makes it feel hydrated but not weighed down. My hair is extremely fine but medium density, long, and wavy. I live in a very dry climate. It's hard to get the balance right for my different hair needs. I typically have tons of shampoos/conditioners and I rotate: volumizing, hydrating, repairing, clarifying, etc. With this one, I don't need to rotate. The only other shampoo I use now is a chelating one and I don't even need that as often as before.
