Good new product. However, I truly miss and need Park Avenue - Blow Out Balm - The best product for adding texture , softness and manageability to curly hair!! Please bring the Park Avenue line back.

Rather have Park Ave Bow Out Balm!!

Subpar replacement for Park Ave Blowout Balm!

I had no idea my beloved Park Ave. Blow Out Balm had been discontinued until I went to by a new tube this week. The only R + Co. product that seemed to function similarly was this one. Hot Spell was suggested as a replacement for Park Ave in the Q&A so I bought it. It is definitely not an adequate dupe for Park Ave. First, and I can't believe I'm saying this, the scent is terrible, which is a first for any R+Co. product I've ever used. But more importantly, it just doesn't serve the same purpose. It has significantly less hold than Park Ave. My hair feels more coarse (and it's not coarse to begin with!) with Hot Spell and it seems frizzier and has more static as well. Overall, big disappointment!
