How do I earn points?
You’ll earn points just for creating an account! After that, you can also earn points by following us on social media*, making purchases, writing product reviews, and more. To see all the ways you can earn points, click the “Ways to Earn” tab in the menu. Please note that any discount code, promotional value, shipping, or taxes will not be contributed to your point earnings.
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, log in to your rewards account and go to your dashboard. Select the tab “Ways to Redeem” and view all products offering. As long as you have enough points and are purchasing a priced item you can redeem your reward. We refresh rewards, and drop limited edition rewards, so be sure to check your R+Co Rewards account regularly so you don’t miss out! *Offer exclusive to randco.com. Only one reward can be redeemed per order and cannot be combined with any other discount.
How do I get points for following on social media?
Simply log in to your R+Co Rewards account and go to the dashboard. Select the tab “Ways to Earn” and click on any of the social media outlets you wish to follow. Log in to that platform and “like” or follow us! If you already follow us, simply unfollow then follow again to get points for the action.
Can I earn points on past purchases?
A customer's VIP tier, and current point balance is based on your activity starting from May 17, 2022.
What are the requirements for each tier?
As a member of our reward program, your tier level is determined by your overall yearly spend. Below is the breakdown of each tier. GEM: $0-$99 STAR: $100 - $499 SUPERNOVA: $500+ For example, if you are in the GEM Tier by November 2022, you can enjoy all the benefits of the GEM tier for the rest of the same year and all of the following year, 2023. In 2023 you will have to spend enough to maintain your tier in 2024. If not, your tier will be recalculated based on the amount you have spent.
What are Level Up Perks and how do I use them?
Level up perks are the points and offers you will get once you reach a new tier. The points will automatically be deposited into your account and you will receive an email with your special offer. *Offer redeemable once the new tier level is reached, only one-time use. Offer exclusive to randco.com and cannot be combined with any other discount.
Can I redeem my rewards and use discount codes at the same time?
Unfortunately, only one reward can be redeemed per order and cannot be combined with any other discount.
How do I get my birthday gift?
To be eligible for the birthday gift you need to have signed up for the program and entered your birthday information. You must be a part of the program for a minimum of 30 days before getting your Birthday gift. You will get an email with your special birthday gift.
How do I get points for uploading a receipt?
You will receive 50 points for a valid R+Co Purchase at an R+Co partner salon. The purchase must have been within the last 60 days. The receipt must display the itemized list of what R+Co products were purchased, date, and salon name. You can redeem this reward a maximum of 10 times per year.
How long does it take for points to appear in my account?
After you make a purchase, your points will reflect in your account once your order has been fulfilled and payment fully processed.
Do my points expire?
Your points will expire only after one year of inactivity. We will send you a reminder before any points expire.
What happens to my points when I return items?
All points earned from each returned item will be respectively deducted from your account when the return is processed by our team. Depending on your points balance, your account is subject to a negative balance after the return is processed.
What happens to my points if my order is canceled or if an item(s) is removed?
If your order has been canceled, you will not be charged and neither will receive any points. Similarly, if an item is canceled from your order, you will not be charged and you will not receive points for that item.
Is there a limit on how many points I can earn?
There is no limit to the number of points you can earn. You will always earn 1 point per dollar spent on randco.com. However, certain actions have limits on how many times you can earn.
Do you offer a referral program?
Yes! Our referral program is simple. You can send your friends and family a 15% off of their first order at randco.com, and you will receive 500 points for every referral made through your unique link. You can find your unique referral link in your account. In order for a referral to be successful, the person you refer to must place their first order at randco.com through the unique referral link you have shared with them, once completed your points will be automatically added to your account.
How do I earn points for leaving a review?
To earn points for writing a product review, you must be logged into your Rewards account, and submit your product review at randco.com. We have an earning limit on this action of 5x per order.
How can I support my local R+Co Salon and get points?
To support a local R+Co Salon you must place your order on randco.com through the Local Salon’s unique affiliate link. This is how you can find a local Salon’s affiliate link if you do not already have it. Visit our salon locator page here. Type in the city/state or zip code of the salon you wish to support. Look for the 'Support this Salon' button. Select the salon of your choice and click. Then, you can start shopping and complete your purchase. Your points will be added to your balance once the order is fulfilled and payment fully captured.

You can reset your password on randco.com by selecting ‘Forgot My Password’ on the R+Co Rewards login panel.
