It works!
This is not my favorite volume product. It definitely works to give you the volume at the crown. For me, it leaves the hair with a heavy texture that requires Spiritualized or a shampoo the next day on layers around the face. My hair is not soft or brush-able with this product. I prefer Balloon although it doesn’t give the same amount of volume as the Dallas thickening spray.

We totally understand though that the heavier texture it creates isn't your preference, especially when it requires extra cleansing the next day to get your hair feeling soft and brush-able again, particularly around the face.
