Dispenser stopped working after few times.

This is second R and co foam bottle that I have had the issue with. after a few times, dispenser doesn't work, there is ton of product in the bottle and of course I am out of the return window just like last time.

last time same issue happened with chiffon mousse bottle and I contacted costumer care and nothing could be done about it other than trashing more than half full bottle of product.
