I loved the payoff this gave but I’m not sure I would purchase again due to the scent. I’m not a huge fan of the serious gaze scent which in my opinion leans slightly masculine with an overall fresh clean smell. but still prefer Dark Waves.
I actually really enjoy the product. This is very buildable and I think it does have that memory where you can rescrunch your hair
I have long hair, which is thin but dense. I’ve been wearing it in a shag for several years now, but until Half Pipe I hadn’t found the perfect volumizing spray for my hair type. Half Pipe is IT - it gives instant, yet long lasting body and volume; adds enough grit that I can wear it in a bun or half up even on wash day; and best of all doesn’t weigh my hair down a bit. Ever since trying Half Pipe, I haven’t been without it, and I never want to be! This product is a dream for me.
1st time use but love the texture/hold it gives
Originally bought this to give some life to my son's short fine hair - for a messy style. But I love it for my own more. I love to use this as a finisher after putting loose curls into my medium hair. Gives it that lived in look, but without being drying and crunchy like some other texture sprays can be. Application is very even - I just give my mids-to-ends a couple quick spritzes.
I have a short pixie cut and my hair is fine and soft. I use volume mousse everyday and still sometimes my hair because it is so soft will lie flat after a while. This gives it grip, and gives a texturized look and increases the volume. It is an amazing spray, I just use 5 or six short spritzes around my head. Unlike some texturing sprays it keeps the shine and doesn't dry out your hair. It works great for me.
